Website and contact messages

Netlify hosts this website and processes technical request information to deliver and secure it. If you submit our contact form, Netlify processes and stores the name, email address, and message you provide so StayAI can review and respond. If you email us, Google Workspace processes that correspondence. We use contact details to handle your inquiry, not to sign you up for marketing. Contact support@stayaiapp.com to request deletion of your correspondence. This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

Who we are

StayAI operates the StayAI travel app. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@stayaiapp.com.

Information you provide

When you create an account, we process your name, email address and authentication information. Your profile, saved stays, trips and booking references are stored so you can access them from your account.

Travel features process the destinations you enter, travel dates, party size, selected preferences, requests typed into Ask StayAI, budget information and places saved to your travel map. Reservation requests include guest names and the room or rate you select. Do not enter payment card details, passport numbers or other sensitive information into travel preferences.

How we use information

We use this information to sign you in, save your travel plans, search for places and lodging, generate requested recommendations, manage reservations and respond to support requests. Our hosting and service providers also process technical request information, such as network addresses and error information, to operate and secure their services.

Service providers

Supabase provides account authentication, database storage and backend functions.

Google Places processes destination search text and coordinates associated with places or hotels to provide suggestions, place details and nearby results. These coordinates describe selected places; the current app does not request device GPS access.

With your permission, StayAI sends your destination, travel dates, traveler count, budget, selected travel preferences and requests typed into Ask StayAI to OpenAI to generate recommendations. StayAI does not add your account name, email or password to the recommendation request. You can cancel the permission prompt to avoid sending that request.

A hotel availability provider processes lodging searches and reservation or cancellation requests, including guest names, selected rates and booking references. Hotel providers may retain reservation records independently of your StayAI account.

A hotel partner processes hotel searches and property details. The current app uses a sandbox environment. Room checkout sends the selected hotel, dates, adult count, nationality and selected rate to the booking provider to finalize your reservation. Guest names and contact email are saved with your checkout and stored only as needed to complete the reservation process. StayAI stores reservation references and checkout status so you can resume or manage your reservation from My Trips. Card information entered into the payment form is processed by a payment processor; StayAI does not store card numbers or security codes.

StayAI uses Resend to deliver booking confirmation emails. Resend receives the booking contact email, primary guest name, hotel and room, stay dates, total and booking references needed to create that message. If you contact support, your message and any details you include are processed through our email service. Remote image and content providers may also receive technical request information when the app loads their content.

Storage and deletion

Your account records remain in the active StayAI database until you delete them or delete your account. To delete your account, open Account, choose Delete account, verify your password and confirm. This removes your profile, saved stays, trips StayAI booking ownership records, and saved reservation checkout records, and revokes your sessions.

Deleting your StayAI account does not cancel a hotel reservation or issue a refund. Save any booking references you need before deleting your account. Provider reservation records, support correspondence, operational logs and backups are handled separately from active app records and may remain subject to provider retention practices or applicable obligations. Your choices

You can choose which travel information to provide, remove saved stays and trips using the app, decline AI recommendation requests, and delete your account. Contact support@stayaiapp.com to request access, correction or deletion of other information associated with you. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
